If you are a new customer, you should have received information about logging in to this portal in an e-mail confirming your purchase. If you have not received that information or are a new user of the support system for a product that has already been purchased, please send e-mail to support@alchemysolutions.com with some information that will allow us to set up your profile in the system: (a) your full name, (b) company name, (c) company address, (d) telephone number, and (e) software purchased or under evaluation from Alchemy Solutions. Existing Users:

In short, we need to know all the necessary information to duplicate the problem you are reporting. The more information you can send us, including error messages or log files (you will need to use the "attachment" option for any text or file greater than 2K in size) the more quickly we should be able to resolve it for you. If possible, isolate the conditions under which the problem happens/does not happen. We encourage you to use this Web-Based Technical Support tool to submit all new incidents, monitor or update the status of any existing incidents, or to communicate with the assigned Support Engineer working on your problem.
